Can anyone tell me how I can refinish or paint a fiberglass bathtub?

Is bathtub/shower resurfacing a good and economical option for sprucing up a bathroom?

my bathtub is stained and dirty the darin is rusted i will use clr to clean it needs to be glazed too?
